Description
I got the jitters to do some sculpting last week, and this is part of the end result. There were a few other charms I mae, but I got tired and didn't paint them, so they'll turn up in my next batch of charms. ^_^
My favorite from this run is the deviled egg, followed behind by the kokeshi charms. The burgers have lettuce and tomato on them...but it doesn't show too well from the angles I photographed these in. T_T
These are made from a single piece of cast resin, so while they may look like they are made from multiple pieces, they are actually one solid piece. I find they stay together much better that way.
These also utilize a new clear-coat I found that should make them (and my future charms) much less prone to chipping when banged around.
I had a ton of fun making this batch...which brings to mind that I will never be a full-time artist again. It drives me effin' nuts and makes doing this alot less enjoyable.
I also actually spent time photographing these...hopefully it makes them a bit more fun to look at. ^_^ The dime is on the side for size comparison to show how large/small they are.
